DR. FAB is an ABIM board-certified physician, humanitarian, human rights activist, political thinker, and mother. Born in Faisalabad, Pakistan, she was educated at The City School Karachi, Kinnaird College Lahore, and King Edward Medical College. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Arizona, USA, and has worked as a hospitalist since 2005.

Her humanitarian journey began in 2010 with free medical aid for flood victims in Pakistan, leading her to focus on sustainable empowerment, particularly for rural communities. She founded Free Kissan Free Pakistan (FKFP) to support farmers through education, research, and empowerment initiatives, launching multiple successful humanitarian projects.

DR. FAB is also the founder of the political platform PakIslam Positive League (PIPL) and continues to advocate for human rights, justice, and electoral reform. She is currently working on the PUSH Institute, aimed at promoting global peace, protecting national sovereignty, and amplifying Pakistan’s voice internationally.
